Dr. Marco de Haas  

Dr. Marco de Haas is CEO of S-ray Diagnostics. Experienced both as a business entrepreneur and as a management consultant, he embodies business connectedness at S-ray Diagnostics. He knows from practical experience what it takes for professional organizations to turn strategy into execution. He is specialized in facilitating strategic dialogue interventions and in setting up managerial control systems, in particular performance management systems and business intelligence systems. Marco de Haas embodies diagnostic innovativeness at S-ray Diagnostics too, since he has been at the cradle of the current S-ray Alignment Scan with its rudimentary prototype that he delivered in 2000 as the result of his PhD work.

Prof. Dr. Daan van Knippenberg is Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) of S-ray Diagnostics, and Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) of Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR). He embodies thought leadership at S-ray Diagnostics with over 140 scientific publications in the strategy-related fields of leadership, diversity, creativity, innovation and social identity. In addition, Daan van Knippenberg embodies business connectedness at S-ray Diagnostics, since he connects on a regular basis with business executives during his executive education at RSM, and with future executives during his MBA teaching outside EUR.

Prof. Dr. Patrick Groenen  

Prof. Dr. Patrick Groenen is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of S-ray Diagnostics, and Professor of Statistics at the Erasmus School of Economics (ESE) of Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR). He embodies diagnostic innovativeness at S-ray Diagnostics, being a world-class expert in the specialized field of multivariate data visualization, of which the S-ray Alignment Scan is an innovative manifestation. Also, Patrick Groenen embodies scientific excellence at S-ray Diagnostics, since he is Director of Doctoral Education at the Erasmus Research Institute of Management (ERIM). This research school of EUR, which employs around 150 PhD candidates, is structurally ranked among the top research schools in Europe.

Dr. Murat Tarakci is Project Manager at S-ray Diagnostics and Assistant Professor of Innovation Management at RSM (Rotterdam School of Management), Erasmus University Rotterdam. His interest is in strategy implementation with an understanding of behavioral processes. Murat embodies diagnostic innovativeness at S-ray Diagnostics, due to his contribution to the development of the S-ray Alignment Scan. In addition, he embodies scientific excellence, since his research in psychological safety, power issues and organizational networks enhances our understanding of strategic alignment, which in turn increments the quality of the S-ray Solution Box. Previously, Murat gained business experience at the Finance department of Unilever Turkey.

Dr. Jeanine Porck  

Dr. Jeanine Porck is Project Manager at S-ray Diagnostics and has been with us since early 2009, when she started het PhD at ERIM. Currently, she is appointed as Visiting Fellow at NUS, National University of Singapore. Her interest is in strategic management from the behavioural perspective of inter-firm relationships. Jeanine embodies diagnostic innovativeness at S-ray Diagnostics, due to her contribution to the development of the S-ray Alignment Scan. In addition, she embodies scientific excellence, since her research in inter-group cooperation, social identity and linking-pin behavior enhances our understanding of strategic alignment, which in turn increments the quality of the S-ray Solution Box.

Kevin Dalmeijer is research-assistant at S-ray Diagnostics and has been with us since 2012. He completed his master’s in econometrics summa cum laude in 2014, after which he started his PhD at ERIM, the Erasmus Research Institute in Management. His interest is in data visualization and process automation. Kevin embodies diagnostic innovativeness at S-ray Diagnostics, due to his ongoing and creative contribution to the development of the S-ray Scan.

Lisanne van Bunderen is Project Manager at S-ray Diagnostics and a PhD candidate at ERIM (Erasmus Research Institute of Management), the research school in management of Erasmus University Rotterdam. Her interest is in strategic management from the behavioral perspective of intra- and inter-team relationships. Lisanne embodies scientific excellence, since her research in intra-team hierarchy, power dynamics and inter-group cooperation and competition enhances our understanding of strategic alignment, which in turn increments the quality of the S-ray Solution Box.

Sebastian Wesselius is Fellow of S-ray Diagnostics. His interest is in strategy execution from the perspective of team processes and inter-team dynamics. He believes in connected purpose and shared values as the root causes of organizational success. As such, he defines strategic alignment from the organization's soul. Being the founding owner of RedZebra Group, an independent consultancy in leadership development, Sebastian embodies S-ray's business connectedness. He knows from his professional experience what it takes to practice what we preach, facilitating business leaders to lift the drivers of alignment in their organizations.

  Sebastiaan Wesselius
Willem van der Schoor  

Willem van der Schoor is Fellow of S-ray Diagnostics. His interest is in public sector organizations from the perspective of environmental dynamics, strategic repositioning, organizational flexibility and change management. He is a seasoned change professional with a vast practical experience in varying roles such as manager, consultant, mentor and coach. Being one of the founders of AT Osborne Bestuur & Organisatie, an independent consultancy in organizational development in the public sector in the Netherlands, Willem embodies S-ray's business connectedness. He knows from personal experience what it takes to execute strategy in public sector organizations such as ministries and municipalities.

Mario Frusch is Fellow of S-ray Diagnostics. He is an experienced top executive with 30 years of experience in global corporate environments, in small & midsized organizations, as well as in start-up initiatives. Amongst others, he was CEO of TNT Post Germany from 2006 till 2013, and Member of the Executive Committee of PostNL from 2010 till 2012. As a former top executive, his interest now is in boardroom consultancy, executive mentorship and management coaching. He is experienced in engaging, exciting and aligning people to achieve stretched goals, based on service, customer and market focus, without neglecting productivity and cost effectiveness.

  Mario Frusch
Leslie de Ruiter  

Leslie de Ruiter MBA MCC is Fellow of S-ray Diagnostics. In the period 1992-2008, he has held CEO positions in several (inter)national companies in diverse industries such as care, pharma and education. Leslie started his consultancy business in 2009 and is experienced in strategy execution, leadership development and organizational change. This rich and diverse combination of experiences enables him to view strategic alignment from multiple perspectives. Over the past few years, he has also been involved in a number of startup ventures in both public and private markets. Leslie attained an MBA degree at Wharton and at Insead, and more recently completed a master’s program on organizational change and culture.

Ben Barendrecht is research-assistant at S-ray Diagnostics and has been with us since 2015. He currently studies both econometrics and economics at the Erasmus School of Economics. His primary interest for the S-ray alignment Scan is data visualization and automation. Ben embodies diagnostic innovativeness at S-ray Diagnostics, due to his ongoing and creative contribution to the development of the S-ray Scan.
