After the merger with large healthcare brand Agis, we initiated a highly intensive strategy process characterized by involvement and co-creation. It is important to let go and allow the organization its own space after such an intense period. Still, we witnessed the organization drift apart again with the passing of time. The frequent measurement of alignment, the continued involvement of people in the dialogue on strategy, and the untiring communication about why our strategy is so important in the first place, it is absolutely crucial for the organization to become and remain successful.
